he ask me about my PJ house...
i tell him tat we decide2 find condo or double story house but we more prefer condo bcos of the security guard...more safety

the journey to get to the our home is very dangerous...

but my brother said tat security guard cant make sure 24hours is safety enough n most of the students who stay in the condo is the one who create "cases"problems..

The advantages of double story houses is most of the neighbour are family...
after worked or if they has children...
the risk of become noisy is very low
they hv2 works and children hv2 study 2mr morning....
if we want a good environment2 study during exam week o doing assignment
than better choose double story houses....
beside tat, my uncle said tat section 14 n 17 is very safe..
we can try2 find the houses in tat area...
we also didt need2 worry about the transport
bcos according to my uncle experinces...he said tat section 14 n 17
stamford PJ school bus is provided.....
SS2 is very safe2..n we do not need worry about food
bcos a lot of nice food we can find it frm there n a lot of ppl....
about the bus...i nt so indirect....we need2 walk

somehow the condo is more expensive compare 2 houses.
Is juz depend on u all where u wan 2 stay.
I cannt said so much bcz is ur choice.
I also knw SS2 there very good but also expensive. I also been there b4, is really true that at there can easly find foods 2 eat.
But, besides foods. there also got a lot of cafe, pubs near by...

i not so care about it...
i care about the safety problem n the environment...(izi very noisy o nt)
anyway...the safety between this2 i think is the same..
but if compare about the environment...
i think condo is more noisy..
hehe.....i think so...i jus follow majority lo...
